Located on the lower level of the house, this room has an attached, private bathroom, dining table, dresser, 32” smart television, ceiling fan, and closet. Hangers, tissues, coasters, and unlimited filtered water are also provided. The laundry room is just outside the door to this room and contains a 2nd full size refrigerator; laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided. All other bedrooms are located on the other side of the house on the 2nd floor for extra privacy. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are located on the 2nd floor. We do weekly and more often cleaning throughout the house up to your door, however, private bathrooms are not included as they are located within your room. Daily and monthly rental rates include utilities, yard maintenance, and housekeeping to provide you with a place with no other responsibilities or needs beyond bringing your own food.
